Director of Coaching Junior Club

We are delighted and excited to welcome Richard Penrose to the role of Junior Director of Coaching this season. Richard, a playing member at Winchester since 1997, has been involved in coaching since 2007, coaching at all levels in the junior section, with the EH regional junior squads, and more recently as assistant Coach to national league side Fareham.

Richard will primarily be focussed on delivering coach development support to all the volunteer coaches across the junior section this season. He will also be working closely with our two senior squad lead coaches to establish best practice for the player pathway development programme, and at all times making sure we develop our coaching skills and coaches in sync with EH programmes across the club.
